Domestic Violence: 50 Cent Avoids Jail Time

It's a good day for 50 Cent. My source confirms that the domestic violence charges made against the rapper (real name Curtis Jackson) have been dismissed.
50 Cent's attorney, Scott Leemon, gave my source the following statement:
"Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson has entered into an agreement with the Los Angeles City Attorney to resolve the charges against him.

The agreement called for Mr. Jackson to plead no contest to a single count of misdemeanor vandalism; which deals with the door of the apartment that was damaged and owned by the landlord." He continues, "All remaining counts, including, the domestic violence charge will be dismissed.

He has agreed to perform community service, attend counseling sessions and will be on unsupervised probation for a period of three years." The 37-year-old rapper was charged with domestic violence and four counts of vandalism for allegedly attacking his ex-girlfriend at her condo in Toluca Lake, Calif., in June. Per the L.A.P.D., his ex locked herself in the bedroom, after which he kicked down the door and kicked her, causing an unspecified injury.

Authorities allege that the Get Rich or Die Tryin' rapper caused $7,100 in property damage, with officers observing broken furniture and chandeliers throughout the condo, a broken TV, a broken lamp and a ransacked bedroom closet.

In August, Fiddy pleaded not guilty to the charges. Additionally, an L.A. judge granted a protective order barring him from coming within 100 yards from the model.

The celeb was also ordered not to have any contact with her and was required to turn over any weapons in his possession to authorities or sell them to a federally licensed firearms dealer.

Jackson was facing up to five years in jail and $46,000 in fines should he have been convicted on all five counts. The woman, whose identity is not being released because of the nature of the allegations, was previously in a three-year relationship with the rapper and the two have one child together.

who do you think this model is? Comment please.
