Ciara's ear-to-ear grin proves just how excited she is to be sporting the new (and massive) diamond ring. I mean, after all, he put quite a ring on it!
Future popped the question to his leading lady over the weekend on her 28th birthday in New York. The stunning singer tweeted about her excitement on Sunday, Oct. 27.
"Today Has 2 Be Like One Of The Sweetest Days Of My Life! #TheBestBirthdayEver," she wrote. "If I'm Dreaming I Don't Want To Wake Up..Aaaaaahhh!!!"
And it seems as though these two were serious about taking their relationship to the next level from the start.
Over the summer, the 29-year-old R&B singer hinted he wanted to marry Ciara during a radio interview with New York's Hot 97. "This is the one," he said in August. Ciara also did some gushing herself about her leading man.
During an August appearance on Kris Jenner's eponymous talk show, the 28-year-old explained how she balances romance with her career.
"You have to make time, because that's where you find your sanity. If you just commit to work every day, every day, all day, you get so lost that you can lose yourself." "Love is really important to me," she added.
